Me as a person

My name is Elena, I live and work in Thessaloniki. The two things I love most are nature and art. Art helps me tolerate life in the city, filling it with magic, something that in nature is readily available. Nature is obviously the cleanest source (I try to be like that). That’s why when I’m not traveling and I’m in town, I draw, dance, write and listen to music — also I keep a few hours of silence, to listen to myself and balance the fast pace of my day. Art in all its forms makes me feel free. 

The way I experience and could describe myself would perhaps be through colorful concentric rings 🙂 because I feel that I am a fixed nucleus, expressed in continuous alternating qualities over space-time. The feeling that I have in linear time is that of a traveler on a journey of experiences, thoughts, feelings and contacts. A traveler who strips and at the same time expands as he progresses. I believe in the road as my truth, in the road in the sense of flow, but a road is my image. The road has taught me that there is no fixed point but perpetual motion, which shows you endless possibilities and prospects. I love life and everything it contains, along with its infinite expressions. As I move on, my love for them is greater and stronger. I believe in the magic of the moment as something perfect and self-evident. I think you can have all the information you’ll ever need if you learn the language of energy.

I am moved by innocence and authenticity. I have found innocence mainly in the eyes of animals and children. I seek contact and relationships as an opportunity to expand my horizons. I am attracted to courage, boldness and passion. I admire people who care, who share, and try to be better. I think our planet needs more of these people. I believe that if we want to move beyond technological discovery and other areas of perception as a species, we must reunite with nature and with each other, because we are an ecosystem, even if the people of cities have forgotten it… I believe in equality and freedom. I’m infuriated when this is violated. 

I judge people by their actions. I respect every choice. I recognize that I have bright and dark pieces within me, I personally accept all my colors even though I know that there are people intrigued by them. (not my problem) 

My favorite feelings are orgasm and awe. I respect the humble and the simple. My favorite color is red and when I say that I feel like I’m betraying my other children :). I believe raw truth is the shortest path to communication. I believe that everyone as a unit has the potential to influence the whole! I believe in the beyond, I am of the opinion it does not matter if the glass is half empty or half full but what you do with the water it contains. I envision a better world built on solidarity and freedom of expression, what man does to nature and especially to animals hurts me.

When I daydream, I imagine living in nature without a watch, without financial stress, creating freely through the flow. I know I haven’t done this yet because I want to travel and I can’t imagine myself being anywhere permanently. There is a possibility of meeting what will inspire me to stay somewhere permanently at some point and I think I will know it when it appears. So far, I enjoy the road and all the magic and twists that are included and love every minute of the journey! My plan is: make art since that’s what you love and with the earnings, explore the world! so simple, so me 🙂
